Stack Cost Calculator

Estimate a normal month, then see what one busy week changes. Choose your tools and plans below. Calculations run in your browser; your workload stays in the URL fragment, which is not sent to our server.

A 4× promotion week means 1.75× monthly usage when the other three weeks stay normal. Included allowances and overages can make the bill change by a different amount.

Model capture dates: 2026-07-15–2026-10-10. Loox and Gorgias were updated October 10; AfterSell uses an October 1 capture. Other models retain their older dates, shown below.

/ normal-month workload

The promotion month has four equal weeks: three normal, one at your chosen multiplier. Orders, SMS and billable tickets rise together; contacts, average order value and subscription share stay fixed. Enter billable support tickets separately from orders.

Example: a promotion week on Loox and Gorgias

Loox Convert and Gorgias Basic, monthly billing. The normal month has 300 billable support tickets. One week at 4× gives 525 tickets for the month. These two tools were captured October 10, 2026; AI Agent and other add-ons are excluded.

How estimates work

Prices use each model’s dated capture. Metered plans add published usage charges to the selected base fee; Loox rounds extra orders up to blocks of 300 and stops charging above 6,000 orders per cycle. Tiered models round up to a captured tier and stop calculating beyond known limits. ≈ marks a currency conversion or an approximation of the vendor’s billing metric.

Starting prices, ranges and missing price curves are shown separately and excluded from subtotals. A missing model means we cannot calculate that workload from our captured rules; it does not mean the vendor has no public pricing. The change figure compares only tools priced in both months, so lost coverage cannot appear as savings.

The four-week promotion model is a scenario, not a forecast. Annual revenue thresholds and active-subscription proxies can behave differently in a real promotion month; their assumptions are shown beside the tool. Verify current billing terms on the vendor’s site before purchasing.
